Business Consultant
Who we are: Prosperity Consulting is a family-owned business management consulting firm revolutionizing how people approach starting their companies. We focus on providing services to business startups in medium to small sized enterprises, and NGO’s.
Responsibilities:
· Actively search for clients through cold calling, word of mouth, friends and family, social media marketing, etc.
· Assist clients with organizational structure (bylaws and board formation), legal licensing (city, state, and county), and any certifications (business tax certification).
· Authoring client annual plans following sit-down in person or virtual consultation.
· Providing client consultation hours based on their selected bundle.
· Use graphic design software’s (adobe illustrator, photoshop, Canva, etc.) to design client logos, branding, and marketing materials, print flyers, price lists, and anything else clients might request during consultation and depending on their business needs.
· Establish client social media accounts.
· Create invoices for clients.
· Keep a log of all income generated in company database for basic bookkeeping.
· Write articles, blog posts, or reviews for clients.
· Register/setup client Quickbooks accounts.
Skills:
– Strong background in process improvement and business analysis
– Proficient in management consulting methodologies and practices
– Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Knowledge of change management principles and techniques
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
– Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
– Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
As a Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping organizations improve their operations, achieve their goals, and drive growth. You will utilize your expertise in process improvement, research, business analysis, management consulting, project management, change management, strategic planning, business development, and business consulting to deliver valuable insights and recommendations. Your ability to analyze complex data, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and build strong client relationships will be key to your success in this role. Pay: $78,267.00 – $86,505.00 per year
